Now i am using it under ubuntu studio 13.04. I can use all the input ports
and output ports but no application to configure its internal mixer to
enable 0 latency moniyoring....

Go to the terminal and input Alsa Mixer and see if you have the controller of that unit on line.

I believe there is no ALSA Mixer support for this device. May be the driver
information is not open !

This is funny i think. So the hardware is working and all ins and outs are
standard on? Can't you just make a Jack Mixer or even Non Mixer setup for
it that does the mixing?

jack settings with the multiple in and outputs. (Channels I/O in qjackctl)
